Cancellation Policy

Prices vary based on level of service and size of non-profit. 50% non-refundable deposit due up front to secure project calendar, with remaining balance due at project completion. Cancel up to 1 week prior to project initiation without penalty. Depending on current Consultant Client load, projects may be scheduled up to 6 months in advance. Cancellation during active project timeline results in forfeit of deposit.
