Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to Prism Strategy Consulting LLC. By purchasing any of our service packages or initiating a consulting engagement through this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase.

We understand that engaging a consulting firm can raise questions. Below are some important guidelines to keep in mind.

1. Onboarding Fee & Payment Structure

• Onboarding Fee: All consulting packages and projects require a fixed, non-refundable onboarding fee of $1,200. This fee covers initial administrative setups, tech-stack configurations, and strategic client intake processing.

• No Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature, intensive research, and proprietary strategy development involved in our consulting frameworks, Prism Strategy Consulting does not offer refunds for any completed payments or packages.

2. Project Cancellation Policies

• Pre-Initiation Cancellation: Clients may cancel a scheduled project up to one (1) week prior to the official project initiation date without incurring any penalty.

• Active Stage Cancellation: If a client cancels a project during its active stages of development or execution, any deposits, partial payments, or retainers paid to date are strictly surrendered and forfeited to Prism Strategy Consulting.

• Post-Inception Exit Clause: Following the formal inception of a project or ongoing contract, either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing a strict 30-day written notice of cancellation.

3. Disputes and Communication

• Written Requirement: To ensure absolute clarity and a professional record, all formal disputes, disagreements, scope concerns, or notices of termination regarding our services must be presented strictly in writing. Verbal adjustments or grievances will not be recognized as official communication under these terms.

4. Extended Terms

• Full list of terms & conditions and specific project related details enumerated in Master Services Agreement & Scope of Work presented to Client.
